

a) open Outlook Express from the Programs Menu
b) choose drop down menu Tools, then select Accounts
c) select Mail tab (if not already selected)
d) click Add button and select Mail
e) enter your name
f) enter your full e-mail address
g) click Next
h) put in the Incoming Mail Server (this is your domain name) Leave pop3 in top drop down menu
i) put in the Outgoing Mail Server (this is dictated by your ISP and everyone uses a different one - eg. if you have a Freeserve dial-up to the Internet then you need the freeserve Outgoing Mail Server identity. If you have another e-mail account in your settings then you can find the outgoing mail server by following a, b and c above then highlighting the other mail account which should be visible in the window and selecting Properties then the Servers tab. The outgoing mail server should be listed there.
j) click Next
k) put in your e-mail Account Name - ie. whatever precedes the @ sign such as info.(with some accounts the account name needs to be the full email address so try this if necessary if the above doesn't work)
l) put in your e-mail password
m) tick the box for Remember Password
n) leave SPA box unticked
o) click Next
p) click Finish
We recommend you copy and paste the above information into a separate document (Wordpad, Notepad, etc) and save it for future reference.
